Evor.net still in business or not???
 

Hello fellow Z lovers :)

I've noticed several threads regarding the Evor.net site where orders may take a long time to be delivered. I'm actually ok with waiting 1-2 months no biggy, however I haven't received any emails/phones from Jay after purchasing the 370z carbon door handles 0_o....

I've seen in other postings that Jay takes a while to respond back to emails but I wanted to double check if anyone actually knows him and can confirm if they're still in business! Would hate to have to cancel my order through Paypal

As far as we know - yes.

I believe he is, he gets on the forums now and again but can be very inconsistent. He makes good products,but the customer service and communication makes you want to rip your hair out your head though!

Ya I know what you mean! It's as if all my voice mails and emails sent to them are going to a Blackhole :shakes head:

I'm usually not pushy with my online orders, but no response after leaving emails/VMs for 2 weeks after my purchase date is sort of ridiculous...

Anyways, thanks for all of your responses, I guess I'll give it another 2 weeks to see if Jay gets back to me in this Z forum *fingers crossed*

Thats an odd way to run a business. Maybe he has so much money that your order isnt important enough for a simple acknowledgment, either that or he's not up to speed on modern technology.

Usually with everything I order on line I send an email to the vendor first to confirm what I want to buy is in stock, then after I get a reply I will submit an order.

I did this with evor some time ago and got a reply the same day, maybe I just got lucky.

He's still in business from what I've read- just very tough to get a hold of. For what it's worth, it seems that everyone gets their parts eventually.

I've bought stuff from him through his 3rd party vendor (z store I think) but I've held back on another couple items because of the lack of communications. If his customer service was a little more timely he'd have some more of my money for sure. The parts I've received have been top notch, though.

Wait till the zstore carries their item, then buy it from them.

You like paying more for things?

He is a busy guy just give him some time I am sure he will reply. I have ordered from him in the past and had no issues, I wouldn't consider delayed response a problem so take it for what it is....... he has good products and is always reasonable when issues do come up! He might be busy still from being in North America to, I know he was over here for SEMA and probably couple other thing since he came this far!

He just posted a group buy for mirrors today. So, yeah he is around.

I've finally gotten an email back about the order after waiting 3 weeks :happydance:

Lets hope the parts arrive asap and in good condition :) would be a nightmare to ship back to them and wait again for responses lol

My experience?

Good products, somewhat dodgey customer relations. You will get what you ordered, and if something is wrong, the situation will be addressed to your satisfaction. It will just take patience.

As others have posted, I would order his stuff from the Z Store. Their customer service is top notch.

It's actually a bit cheaper through the Z store. I ordered my EVO-R front lip from them, and it was less than his EVO-R website. Plus, I received the part in a couple of days.
