Another "So Long" Z Thread
Hey guys!
I traded in my 09 Sport Z last night for a 2013 Altima. WHAT?!?!?! It's all good guys; my wife and I are expecting, so the Z isn't going to be practical. I really had a few more months I could have enjoyed the Z, but why prolong the inevitable? Anyways, like I said I got a 2013 Altima 2.5 SL. This thing has everything I need (except for the HP lol) and then some. One thing that's pretty cool is the heated steering wheel, which I probably won't use too much here in FL, but still pretty neat. It rides like a drea; night and day from the Z (which is to be expected). Here are a few photos of the new ride; first mod will be...limo tint! http://i35.photobucket.com/albums/d1...g/DSC06429.jpg http://i35.photobucket.com/albums/d1...g/DSC06430.jpg http://i35.photobucket.com/albums/d1...g/DSC06432.jpg :D |
I like the new Altima. Good luck with it.
|
good deal! you'll be back in the Z down the road, just right at this point in time, priorities have changed a tad.
|
car looks good. Congrats on the car, and bigger congrats on the kid:tup:
|
Thanks so much guys!! I'll admit it really sucked watching my car drive away for the last time...but then I turned my head and saw the new car with my wife next to it...and I immediately forgot about the Z lol.
I can see another Z down the road at some point...they may be even better then! |
Congrats on the new car and future baby.
I am in the same boat as you! |
Congrats on the new addition to the family! Shame to see the Z go, Altima looks good
When I see threads like this I thank the car gods that I still have the Z after just having my son. I think I'll be ok until my wife sees one of the fancy townhouses up the street go up for sale lol. :icon17: |

Here are a couple shots of the interior; zero gravity seats in charcoal leather: http://i35.photobucket.com/albums/d1...g/DSC06437.jpg http://i35.photobucket.com/albums/d1...g/DSC06436.jpg Also, this is a neat feature. When I hit the unlock button on the remote, these lights turn on; they are very bright at night: http://i35.photobucket.com/albums/d1...g/DSC06438.jpg |

and ya, don't see enough modded Altima's! Interior is pretty sharp from your pics! |
I thought about keeping it...but can't justify the added payments.
|
congrats! Your life has just changed for the better. I assume you traded with the mods?

Haha!! Thanks for all the replies and good wishes guys. I've already picked out a sweet looking car seat to match the interior; may even throw some LEDs on it lol.
|
The new Altima is truly beautiful. The new style is gorgeous. I've owned two Altimae over the years. They are trouble free cars and about the best car value out there. See you back here again after your kids' high school graduations :)
