AAM Competition

Didn't realize these guys had a full service shop just up the road from me in Annapolis, MD. Has anyone ever installed their AAM Cold air intake or any of their exhaust and HFC. I'm thinking about adding those from them and then the tune and that should be sufficient for my 09 370z 7AT. I know it's automatic but has anyone installed just this combo? I'm figured about 25hp and 20tq gains.

Thanks
their exhaust is I think 1200, the cold air instake about 600, the HFC about 400 then the tune around 600-800(don't remember). 3K just for parts what 1K for the install. Thats actually quite expensive when I think about it. That seem reasonable for a price in total. Any opinions r definately welcome. No plans for track useage so brakes not an issue or the oil cool, just want some more hop for the times when I feel like getting into it.

Thanks Brother Z's....

Hey Kevin,

Swing by the shop sometime and I can give you a little tour, as we are more than just a "shop" 80% of our 17,000 sf facility is actually for manufacturing, r&d, cnc maching, etc, and the last portion is with all the lifts and dyno!

I personally would do 1 mod at a time, so that way you can enjoy each gain one by one, once everything is on we can explore tuning to maximize every part installed. Plus this route will be a bit lighter on the pocket :p haha

We're actually extremely close to releasing our own cold air intake system! Maybe we can work out some kind of deal for you since you are local to try it out

They're not in Annapolis.

They're in "Annapolis Junction", which is actually closer to Jessup/Columbia.

They do good work over there.

Also, I don't know anyone with their HFC's, but a number of locals run their exhaust and intakes.

ZCarMan is probably the best guy to ask. I think he has their intakes and exhaust.

Khoi is great-

You'd probably save a ton of money if you looked around at various intakes, hfc's etc..

Anyways, the true dual sounds awesome when paired with HFC...
