Couldn't have said it better myself, oh and Randy if you are watching this thread...apologies for saying the 370 is like a female version of the GT-R, was just meaning to say that the 370 is like a very beautiful woman, aka Fairlady Z :D good shots there btw Cuban

I wonder if Randy ever got a 370? I remember back in '09, he couldn't because of his situation.

Oh well...he's Canadian, that's all that really matters.

He has had a 370 from every year made. He now has a 2013 in red.

Well said Henry (Cuban Z) I wished I could've of made it, But I had to attend to personal things that just couldn't be avoided. :(

By the looks of things? It looked like WE were well represented :)

Hopefully sometime in the future this or something like this can be setup again to give another chance to meet the Great Randy Rodriguez :usa:

Which was also coincidentally my prior birth last name before it was legally changed :tiphat:

Trips, we were talking about possibly doing something either up here or down in San Diego. It would be pretty cool.

Hi Cuban Z / everyone:
I am glad you and everyone else were able to make the Event. I'm always glad to help spread the word. I was glad that George {aka MotoMan} let me know what he had planned.

I had the pleasure of spending some time with Randy R. and Mr. Matsuo at the 2010 Z Car Convention in Nashville. So I was glad to hear that more Z Car Fan's would be able to met Randy in person.

The 2013 Z Car Convention is coming up this fall and Mr. Matsuo will be joining us again and Bob Sharp will be the Guest of Honor. So mark your calendars - and plan to attend if you can.

Thanks for Posting the Pictures!!

FWIW,
Carl B.

A Z owner just like the rest of us. He wasn't with Randy. He was a cool cat. I told him about the monthly meet ( of course).

That was fun and was awesome meeting everyone. I get excited at the sight of any Z but especially when I see a 370. There were a lot of 370z's that showed up yesterday, more than I would have guessed. I always enjoy talking about Z's and checking out and taking pics of people's rides. This was a last minute thing that George aka MOtoman asked me to do just a few weeks ago while i was in Japan. I actually just flew back like a day and a half before so i was a bit jet lagged. I apologize if i seemed tired or a bit out of it. I havent slept much the last couple months working on some cool stuff. Make sure you all check out this years Tokyo Motor show in November which celebrates Nissans 80th anniversary.

I didnt have a car while over there and commuted by train everywhere so damn did feel nice to drive up in my Z. Driving up in convoy with Devon and Lenny was fun. I love leaving an event and seeing Z's driving everywhere is an awesome sight. LA Construction. Traffic detours on the way home not so much.

Thanks to Lenny and Carl and anyone else who put the word out an for everyone who came out.

Next time I'm definitely down for some ramen with you guys!

sounds awesome randy and definitely understand the jet lag situation, have to say though reading all the news and little tidbits of information coming out of Nissan i am definitely looking forward to seeing what Nissan has up their sleeves in the next few years. one thing is for sure, you guys are one of the few companies actually trying things differently and thats always a good thing :D

Now I'm kicking myself for turning back. Traffic was horrible. 7 PM and was still at Sherman Oaks. I just said eph it and turned back.
