First Thing People Ask/Say When They See You And Your Z?
 

For me the very first question I always get asked when people want to talk to me about my Z is "How many turbo's that thing have" or "is that the turbo model" :shakes head: My Z is pretty much stock besides stillen intakes. It makes me proud to say none sometimes.

People generally ask "what kind of car is that"

Others in the know, say "cool Z" and go on to tell me about their car history including their ownership of some old early model Z's.

Either way it's all good.

yeah people who know what it is usually then want to brag to me about their car. I do get a lot of people who were former Z owners which I love hearing.

Is that the 3.5 or 3.7?

Is it fast?

look at the car, then me, then car, then me again


as if to think " you? THIS car? how the F*ck?"

All the time, "Is that a Porsche?"

Yeah, I get that one too.

The question i hear mostly is.... How much did that thing cost?

"I dont understand how you could own a car so impractical"
"Must be nice having a car you only drive when its nice out"
"Wow its pretty tight inside of there"

The one I got a lot at the office when I first got the Z, "How did you convince the wife to let you get that thing?"

To which I answered that all it took was first suggesting I might want a motorcycle, then it was easy to get her to agree to anything other than a motorcycle.

I had these two guys come up to me in a bright orange Supra once while I was sitting at a red light asking me "Nice car. What's the retail on one of those?"
