I've had my 370 for 3 weeks and I've gotten:

Nice ride!
How many HP does it have?
How fast have you gone in it?

I pretty much have gotten zero reaction from people (except from a couple people who knew I had bought a Hyundai Sonata back in January and traded it in for the Z -- who where like "but you just bought a new car"

I live in Huntsville Alabama, one of the highest % of engineers in the nation (I am one of them). There are ALOT of Prius owners around here.

Only other reaction was from a 350Z conv owner giving me a wave from the oncoming lane.

Bring that bad boy to Cullman and people look at you like you are driving a space ship. I have only seen one other Z here in town.

I'm not sure I'd ever use the Z fob at a key party :bowrofl:

I've definitely gotten more attention in the Z than in the Si. The guy who inspected my Z told me that I can't handle it. I just grinned and told him to check out lot E at the Meadowlands in the morning and say that (autocross).

I've also got the Porsche comment. They said "those are nice Porche's" when I was out photographing my 370 with another 370 here on the forum, kinda funny but I'll take it not gonna complain.

Cop: Wow, that's a nice car. What's the fastest you've gone in it?

I'd expect people to make a fuss if it was a McLarin MC-12 or Ferrari Enzo or something...but a mass produced Z?

I love driving it but in the grand scheme of things it's just a car.

I love driving the car....I wouldn't have bought it otherwise and I said as much in my original post.

I'm just saying that I'm a realist....I'd expect a lot of attention if I was driving an exotic....but...I'm not.

You sure your being a realist?:ugh2: I hate people showing off because he/she is driving a Z. But on the other hand, I won't hide out the truth that the z DOES get a lot attention on the road. You got to appreciate the aesthetic appearance of the Z. Do you have to wear Gucci or Prada to get people's attention??? I get lots of compliments with my Z everytime while nobody gives me a sh!t while I am in my Xterra. So admit it, you don't have to drive an exotic to get people turn heads.:rolleyes:
