- what's up guys?
I'd anyone that own or know of someone that own a car cover to enlighten me about it. I am considering in buying a car cover for my Z. I don't drive as much as I used to and it seats in my driveway for an entire week sometimes without being touched. I started to notice a lot of dirt on the paint that is becoming very hard to come off and even small spots of rust on the paint.*
I was wondering if a car cover would help preserve the condition of the paint. I recall reading and hearing people saying that car covers aren't good, it may damage the paint more than the small rocks that hit your car while driving. Is this true ? Is there anyone here that's has experience this at all ?*
Also why is there such a big difference in price ? I seen on Nissan website and other car websites covers for $200 than you have sites like amazon.com that sell them for $30. I'm sure the material must be different but should I care about material? Is it important if I'm just covering the car?*
