Uncomfortable Seats

Does anyone think the Z has uncomfortable seats? I have the touring leather seats and it feels like its almost impossible to sleep in.

Think if you had the base seats like me... Lets just say anything over an hour starts to hurt. Anyways, my next mod will be some memory foam inserts and some leather seat covers

I find the 3 cubic feet of room inside being the problem with sleeping in it... Not the seats.

I like my seats, although I have the non-touring. From what I've experienced, the added electronics make the touring seats actually less comfortable. The electronics dig into my legs.

Every time I go drifting I end up with a major bruise on the left side of my knee from it banging against the door. Does that count as uncomfortable? I'm looking into buying custom seats now.

Again, I've never had trouble with the base seats, and I'm a rather large man. I've driven my Z on long road trips, at least two of over 10 hours each direction, with no problem.

When I drove my friend's touring Z on such a long road trip, I was in absolute agony.

I think you guys need to learn how to adjust the seats. I have no problems whatsoever driving 10-12 hours straight in the Z. Very comfortable.

I bought aftermarket seats made by Tempurpedic. I have no problem now.

I don't know. You tell me genius.

Anyways, I was talking about short naps when you're waiting for something or road trips.

I don't really sleep in vehicles. Seems like a strange thing to want out of a sports car.

Coming from a Lexus, the seats do fit snug. Kind of like a pair of jeans that you've outgrown.

Vichtz 08-30-2012 12:59 PM

I have the touring too. Just pop into the passenger seat man, ten times more leg room and full adjustability just like the drivers side. Thats how I get my sleep in the Z :D. However, driving it for long periods of time SUCKS
