^^ wat chris said. for these organ pedals (hinged at bottom) just roll your right foot while braking and blip.

i do the same on my G which has standard pedals (hinged at top) but since she's my dd i dont need to apply so much braking when i blip. unless i need to mash the brake do i actually swing my heel around to do heel and toe.

good observation and question indeed!

what does that "S" stand for?

I think the S stands for S-tune body kit. By looking at his picks he has a base, so no S-mode.

Once you get somewhat decent at the heel and toe just try to light to moderate auto-x if its offered in your area. It will teach you a lot about car control. Especially if you want to play Skip Barber and turn off VDC it will be very helpful.

You activate the E.P.S. = Engine Protection System, it'll switch off the engine at red light to save fuel and prevent engine from overheating...
