Vaughanabe, This is almost exactly how I felt when I first saw the 13 in pictures.

Now after seeing the 13, two times in person. I really, really like the 13 bumper a lot. I understand how you feel about the rims, as the 12 sport rims are very nice. But the 13's with the darker color and red calipers aren't as bad in person. Maybe if Nissan kept the design of the 12 rims but made it Gun Metal, that might have been a good compromise.

But, overall I'm very happy with my decision to go with the 13. Hopefully I'll be posting pics in 2 weeks!

Those LEDs are not as bright as Audi's, right? :(

Not sure on brightness Beks, but what I can tell you is I went running yesterday after work when sun was setting a bit. Down the street, a car was coming towards me with it's LED's on and I could tell it was located high by the regular head lights, so first thing I thought was Mercedes or Audi.

Well it was a Mercedes. That's exactly why I thought Nissan put the LED's where they did on the Z as well as the GTR. From a distance, you will immediately recognize that it's a Nissan and not a German car. Kudo's to Nissan :tup:

yea, that's totally understandable! i love the placement.
on sixty's picture though, they didn't look that bright and white, more like a little bit yellowish, i don't know :/

I've been a member of this site for quite awhile and have waited until now to pop my post cherry. Last Friday I put a deposit down on a 2013 Midnight Blue, Base, 6MT with Sport Pkg. I went the build and price route on the Nissan website as soon as they made the switch to the 2013 and requested internet quotes from dealers. I found a dealer that had ordered the exact car I wanted for stock back on 6/6/12. I got the car for invoice. Now I just have to wait until the beginnning of September for it to arrive.

Hello everyone - long time reader, first time poster. Just took delivery of my 2013 370Z Touring 7AT (sans sport pack). Went with Pearl White w/ Persimmon leather. It had 9 miles when I drove it off the lot, and I've spent most of the evening just driving around, playing with settings, and enjoying it.

The saga of getting this car is probably too tedious for my first post on the boards, but suffice it to say, it's been a long time coming. I first placed an order in January with a dishonest dealer that simply never ordered my car. Seven months later my dream car is in my garage. I look forward to learning more about my Z through this forum.
