agreeable.

fwiw, the 2011+ have some additional sound deadening. ive never had a problem with road noise.

And our second car (my car) is an FX 35 :) I don't want her fat *** brother in it though because he breaks my seats.

I agree. Ever since I test drove the 370Z my G doesn't seem to be as much fun. I can't wait to get my Z!!! I'm thinking about blue touring or touring sport. Any suggestions?

I would take a close look at all of them. The blue is the most attention grabbing when shopping for one and the pearl white may seem like "who the hell would want that" but the pearl white creeps up on you and grows on you. Honestly, The color I like the best is the 40th edition, but if I couldn't have that... its a tie between pearl white and blue. I never did like the black because I felt it hid the beautiful lines. Black on a 350 is cool, but on a 370.. eh. Personal opinion! please do not shoot me black Z owners! I know the black ones usually are the most tricked out.

What about cargo space? Can you pack the car comfortably for two people to take a road trip for a week? It seems like if you have a navigation system there isn't any storage space in the front.
We've heard that the 370Z has reliability issues. Can someone please explain what that really means? What kind of notable issues are there?

If anyone can address any of our concerns we would be most appreciative. This whole process is a little overwhelming so we're just trying to cover all our bases the best we can. My fiance really loves this car and we want to make sure its a reasonable buy for what we need. Thanks in advanced.

I dont think your looking for a sports car , sports cars always comes with compromises like visibility, noise and cargo space. Might as well get an SUV cuz that will address all your negative thoughts about the car. What about a mustang gt with some good cargo space in the back, quiet when cruising around and yet capable exciting and fast.

I test drove both the 370z and g37s but the g37 just feels like im driving a fast altima coupe with its lame interior and too many aluminum accenting . Then as soon i start driving the z , i feel like im driving a more exotic car ( i said feels like) its pure orgasm.

yah, my suggestion is keep the G and buy the Z. :tup: the G35C is fun but in a different way.

Those aren't really my concerns as much as my fiancée's. Since we will both be purchasing the car and driving it he wanted to get opinions from current owners. As far as I'm concerned if its too noisy just turn up the radio and I don't care much for extra passengers anyways, the usually just make my car messier. When I first saw pictures of the 370Z, I figured the car would be small, but in actually, proportionally to my size, the car is pretty big, well more like wide and thick. lol
It wasn't a tiny car. It's bigger than some slightly older cars, so don't underestimate the size. I did.

As far as blind spots, it's not too bad. Make full use of the windows. Driver side, you can pretty much look out and back through the driver side window and see any car that is in your blind spot.
The passenger side is a bit tricky. I try to look ahead of time in the direction of passenger side to see what will be there as I drive by. Looking out the back window helps to see if anyone is coming up on your rear so you can avoid them.

I've had to use the trunk once for groceries, and it held alot of bags nicely. Even though I won't be doing that again. :p

Before finally deciding on the Z, I was looking at the RX8, Mustang, and Camaro. One of the factors that made me select the Z was it's nicer interior.

For the blind spots, you don't really need the stick-on mirrors; I just pulled up next to a car parked on the street and adjusted the passenger side mirror so that I could see the car in the side mirror when I couldn't see it in the rear mirror. It's angled out almost all the way, but the mirrors are large and I can see quite a bit of area in them.
