My 2012 has a raccoon magnet and a cracked chin spoiler...mild compared to your Z issues?!

Share your ..."crashed-crunched-animal killing, the 2012 Z is cursed (credit to dmhenderson)" story here!

I smoked a bunny (by accident) TWO DAYS after buying the car. Have you ever tried to replace a single rivet on a Nismo? Pain. In. The. ***. Maybe it's because Canada doesn't have a hell of a lot of them? Who knows. I had to have the whole front end replaced later anyways because I grinded a cement wall while parking the thing. Now I'm in the process of getting a dent fixed on the rear bumper from backing into a parked truck! I haven't even had the car for a full year yet!!! I know what you're all thinking, but I swear I'm a careful driver. My girlfriend thinks I'm cursed lol.

at least it wasn't a skunk.

The only thing I've killed with my 2012 so far is about a million mosquitoes.

I did almost run over a dead armadillo near my house one night. His motionless carcass was no match for my driving skills though.

I don't know-that is a lot of "bumps" if you're really  a good driver! LOL!

i squashed a RC-mouse early on. i dont know the name of the mouse/squirrel but its tail points up so it looks like a RC car. :icon17:

it felt like i drove over pebbles. :ugh2:

dmhenderson 07-18-2012 12:40 PM

I head to the beach on Fri and I'm going to drop it off before I leave because if my Z is done before I get back, I would actually have to end up SPENDING MONEY to keep the Cube and I refuse to sink a single dime into that thing that isn't absolutely necessary.

It must be the 2012's oil cooler that attracts animals. :icon17:

I ran over a 6' section of 2x4 in my old Z, but never hit any animals.

50 miles on the clock on the new one and some stupid dog runs out of a yard in the middle of nowhere, I braked & swerved (didn't want to brake too hard if I didn't have to with that low of miles) and barely missed it... Stupid dog went running up the road around a blind corner, I doubt he made it too far. :shakes head:

So I'd have to say no, and I hope the hell it stays that way...
