stock 370z change axel back worth it?

i have a stock 370z im thinking of changing the axel back will i get gains and noise?

OP's referring to the exhaust.

The biggest change will the sound. Most axlebacks are gonna be louder and produce a different tone. I wouldn't count on more than 5 hp gain at the peak though. The most restrictive parts of are exhausts are the cats and the y-pipe.
