S mode randomly cuts out
 

Was wondering if something is wrong with my transmission? Over the past maybe 4 months I've had my S mode randomly cut out while driving which the first time made my back wheels lock up because i just threw the shifter in its place without worrying about the revs but thankfully i wasn't going too fast. I'm sure this isn't normal, but do I need my transmission replaced? Has this happened to anyone else?

More then likely something wrong with the Syncro Rev-Match like a sensor or something. Bring it back to the dealer.
