Bully Dog Triple Dog GT Tuner

I've been looking at ECU upgrades and I run across this one.. It sounds good but then again all of them make promises. Has anybody tried this one and what kind of results have you gotten from it?

If not can anybody recommend a good one?

Just get an Uprev tune that is TRUE ecu tuning. None of that add on crap. Uprev is more accurate, has different map settings if thats what you want for things like economy tune, power tune, valet tune, regular and premium tune and TRULY safe for the vehicle. You pay almost $500 for that and a Uprev tune cost a couple hundred more (depending on your tuner and where you are) I can buy the license and get an NA uprev tune for $600.

Just get a nice dyno tuned done to it. Find a local spot around and i think you can get a nice tune out of that. Just call around and don't waste your time with the. Also the Uprev is really nice, you can always go that way as well.
Good luck with everything!

My 2 cents (and I've posted this before)

I was an early beta tester for them when they first released it. I tested it for them and when I told them I had issues and certain things didn't work they pretty much blew me off. Never heard from them again.

As far as performance increases, it may have done a little to improve throttle response but that was from my butt-dyno, so I don't have anything to back that up. It was also good for checking codes and doing watching different sensors.. it actually read A/F ratio right from the obd2 which is something many engine monitors can't do (HKS-camp2, greddy infometer).

Its a decent little device.. but no way I would pay full price for it. Try to find one used (and un-married to the car) if possible.
