So I picked up the car from dealer the other day with the speedo sticking issue....They replaced it under my extended warranty. OEM warranty ran out 900 miles ago. Cost would have been $1000, cost me my deductible of $50. As expected Murphy's Law kicked in in the day of and it was working perfectly. They could have said TOO BAD SO SAD go home and return when it reoccurs. My photos I took they submitted to NNA and they replaced it. Looks great and works fine...too bad I could not get the 2013 model with blacked out gas gauge.

Happy Sat to The Z Community, I hope everyone is out driving!

Guess I'm not driving to the wedding in her. :(

At least my car is in my garage, the steering wheel isn't locked and it's still under warranty. :shakes head:

Sorry to hear that, happy. I wish that Nissan would issue a recall. I have a July 2010 manufacturing date with a Rev C steering lock. I'm not sure whether mine will fail eventually. Who knows? :shakes head:

All in all the Versa was not so bad for the two and a half weeks I had to wait for the part. You will probably get yours faster since the Rev-D is in production.

:icon18: You didn't need the disclaimer. :bowrofl:

To add to the College vs. University thing. I found College is more hands on, practical teaching/learning while University more paper smarts. This is a generalization, no need for anyone to get their panties in a knot... Panties :yum:

I thought membership required being sponsored, followed by a short yet intense initiation period, finally once finished you are awarded with a secret hand shake and an exclusive ring.

I told my tech the same thing when I texted him about this. Why do they have a TSB for the GT-R, but not the Z?

Let's hope so! You know, you gave your Versa a relatively good review while you had it. I wonder though: Is it zippy?

Because GT-R owners pay $80k+. They don't care about lowly Z buyers! :shakes head:
