Both of these are reason why I like having deliveries shipped to my office address. I swear business deliveries are always earlier in the day - I get my stuff by lunch then go home and realize I really, really want to take off the rest of the day. Also, there's always someone there to sign. :tup:

Makes sense. Businesses are their bread-winners. Personal deliveries got nothin' on businesses.

I especially like how they will make me sign for a 10 dollar electrical connector or something, but have left $1,500 laptops or Pilot Super Sports sitting on my porch in the middle of the day. I know that the shipper specifies this, but can't the drivers use a little common sense?

I think there should be a code on the label that says what the value is, maybe the delivery people could use some judgment about leaving it.
