HI

I am looking to do my oil change. What kind of oil us recommend to me. I am in a very hot place a friend told me mobil 1 5w50. And another friend 5w30. If us can help me I will apreciate it

I would definitely not use a higher upper viscosity oil; the car's engine and cooling systems are designed to work at an operating temperature that is compatible with X w 30 oils. Plus, we have an oil temp gauge, so it's not hard to watch the danger levels if you really runs that hot.

I personally use Mobil 1 5w30 with a Mobil 1 filter, due to it's availablity in a store.

Brother, you're a little new... just check the DIY threads... but what's done is done... I run Royal Purple... I get at least 15° lower than OEM and can drive all day... good stuff... mobile 1 is good too... I just prefer RP for high temps
