The dealers I have dealt with knew nothing of this switch or the problems it causes when it is pulled out on delivery of the vehicle. And it takes a lot of owner time and effort to sort these problems out.
Were is this switch at I am having the same issue with my 2012. My homelink does not want to program, my acc does not stay and cannot program doors.

Fuse box in the driver's footwell. Then drive back to your dealer and show THEM where it is! LOL!

Thanx I got it and everything is working now. I will definitely go bck to the stealership and show them a little something something.
