Well, the G is a much larger volume sales car than the Z so you will def see a new G whereas the Z could possible disappear for a while to be reinvented after they stop making our 370s.

well the rumors about the TT deseil coming out or whatever. i want a preformance change for the wait. like a hp gain or a new suspension setup. or even a AWD Z that would be cool haha. but more on the hp gain =p

I think most people are joking when they talk about a tt or diesel model coming soon form the factory. It's what we all would like to see.

My whole point was Nissan has done nothing to even
improve the current model from year to year
09 10 11 12. they are just milking what they have
While others make minor upgrades from year to year
i don't count upgrade the nag and add a camera

Well, just because you don't count the well documented minor upgrades that have happened, doesn't mean Nissan hasn't made minor upgrades to the car. Frankly, as current owners, we don't really want Nissan making major improvements to the car every year because it devalues our cars.

2012 adds an oil cooler....

You can't expect a facelift or anything every couple years.

Exactly, I agree with you. Take a look at the GT-R. 2012, 530hp, suspension upgrades. ONE year later, 2013 GT-R, hp bump and suspension refinements. Unless you change cars often, sure it would make sense. There are people who don't mod and actually keeps their cars longer

sonic370 01-19-2012 04:17 PM

I agree with all your points your preaching to the choir.

As you said the GT-R received some minor tweaks in HP and suspension.
And i don't believe making those upgrades devalued the earlier GT-R'S
at all. as soon as they left the dealer new they lost value.

it wouldn't bother me if the 370 had minor upgrades every year or so to keep
up with the competition in fact that might even make the later 370's increase
in value. my only point i was trying to make was it seems imo the 370 is low
on nissan's list of projects.

They should add 2 step and about 40hp and 40lbft torque more from factory.
