insurance for the aftermarket mods?

has anyone done extra insurance for the aftermarket mods.. such as FI, rims, body kits, etc?
I will lose so much money if someone crash into my car or get totaled by storm, etc.

I did it on my old 350z when I was with progressive. It was really cheap, like $50 per year for an extra 15000. With USAA they are automatically covered now though.

Best is to check with your company.
