if their metal, could a magnet hold on to it? cuz repainting them will prolly b an issue....idk?

They're not all metal, only a heavy plate. Besides, the plating material isn't ferrous so magnets won't tell you anything. There are primers that stick well to metal, so painting shouldn't be a problem.

Probably easiest to take em off and paint them ... Cant wait to shave mine off... waiting for the lotto :p
