Insurance, as expected can't do much as they don't know who the person who hit me was, and without a police report.... But they're paying for everything and for a rental in the mean time

my insurance company is as follows:
no deductible if police report filed, if not...300 bucks to pay up.....considered as hit and run.

also, they would tow my car home if i feel it is not worth driving it back home, as in it could cause more damage......free towing of course.
