Having said that all cars are going to have noises, wear differently, have problems unique to that car, etc. I find that the performance imports do it better. If I was buying a vette, I know going into it that I'm buying performance, period. Not luxury, that's just the way GM does it.

My "Z" is not a DD however it is solid over bumps, fun as hell to drive, has a simple yet comfortable interior, and looks to die for. I have never gotten more compliments on a car I've owned before and my dads 2011 Camaro is nonexistent to people if I park my Z next to him. Poor guy. lol. if you want the same performance as the vette, forget about it. If your looking for a reliable fun to drive car, you'll be happy with the Z.

I expect equal handling with a bit better ride (quieter, less rough/stiff), not equal acceleration. Is this incorrect on my part?

Damn dude i don't know what's worse you hatin on the Z or you making 50K threads asking the same sh1t over and over. This car is obviously not for you, just move the fvck on get gone and stay gone.

The only problem i ever had was the hatch sticking. If i havent opened it in awhile it stuck. But i just hit the trunk release 2x and wah la.

No thin blue line here, sorry.

I would say the handling is comparable, definitely quieter, smoother and less jarring. The difference in acceleration would be hard to tell going from light to light, I believe it would come down to who's behind the wheel... On the track would be a different story.

09 sport/touring and the interior looks great. It is my DD and it is garaged in the evening. I also drive it in winter. I clean the leather and put leather conditioner on every couple of months. I have no rattles and have not had any warranty issues. No complaints so far. I've done nothing to the suspension yet.

Light to light, yes. I am not expecting for this car to feel the same, though, in that department. There is no way a car with a 226ci NA V6 is going to feel the same as a lighter car with a 427ci V8. That, I readily accept.

The comparable handling with better manners, I look forward to.

How does the heavier 370Z with its smaller contact patch beat the Z06 (in some tests) in the Slalom, and tie with the Grand Sport on the skidpad? It's not making sense how a heavier car with a higher CG and narrower tires is pulling this off. :ugh2:
