Difference in the appearance of the Base and Sport model?
 

I havnt seen many around to notice the difference but is it only the wheels and rear spoiler? I read somthing about a front spoiler but didnt think that to be correct?

So basically what's the exterior difference between base and the other models?

Yes, there is a front chin spoiler that comes along with the sport package.
I decided not to have it installed, I think it looks cleaner without..

Trying to find a pic of them both but cant really tell.

The only differences you'll see from the outside are the rear spoiler (standard on the Sport, optional on base), front chin spoiler (again, same), wheels, and larger brakes no the Sport.

I'm thinking mine has the front chin spoiler but not the rear spoiler. I know it came with the splash guards.

Very possible. After doing some searching, I found some base models w/ the front chin spoiler.

Anyway, here's mine w/ the front chin spoiler. Hard to miss, flat black on the front.

Ah then mine does have the chin spoiler just not the rear.

base w/sport package weight ?
 

Anybody knows how much weight, if any, the base with sport package adds over the base's 3232 lbs. ? I'm talking on the 6 MT...

A very, very small amount if any. The only thing it adds is the spoilers, larger wheels, and brakes. Maybe 10-15 lbs max?

Also the weight of the LSD and SRM stuff too. I think. Probably minimal at best.

Thanks guys. Nissan web page states only the base and touring weights. No word on the sport package. All they say is that the 19" Rays wheels are superlight, maybe offsetting the added weight of the tires. I don't know. Anyway we must add the LSD, bigger brakes and the SRM....
