Yeah, all its takes is an IP change. Tons of utilitys to spoof the IP and script the vote button submission.

It might be legit though if a motorcycle forum admin or someone spammed a ton of people. Plus, LOOK at the rider on the back of that bike. She is leaning in to the turn as well AND she has red hair...
