Love the new car smell..but truth is that what we consider the "new car smell" is actually the discharge of VOC or volatile organic compounds from the new plastics in the car. Not exactly the most healthy thing in the world to be breathing in ... Hehheh.

Anyway i will that that "scent" over any commercial car fragrance sold..

22k miles here, 1.5 years old, and still smells brand new. My last car was full of leather, and smelled like new leather when 8 years old...despite one episode of child vomiting which was promptly cleaned up. Keep your cars spotless, never take food in them (not even pick up pizza), and never ever spill anything, should be like new as long as you own the car, and let me tell you that makes selling it off really easy. Works for me.

23,000+ miles and still smells new...or at least a clean air smell. I use an electronic ionizer that I've had prior to this car. So it's been in this car since day one. I have occasionally smoked in it after some late nights, but probably only 3-4 times max with the window open. I've since quit smoking at the beginning of the year.
