Hey, im hoping to get a 370z tomorrow and I was wondering if the dealers price was good or bad. Its a 2010, Black, 7AT, Sport Package, and has 130 miles on it. I've already negotiated the price and the final price they have to offer is $33,619. What do ya'll think?

:welcome: Check truecar and other sites for dealer invoice. Remember 2011s are already out and you will loose more than the 20% depreciation because its already a year old.

i got mine brand new for 30,000. But it doesnt have sport package..

I would personally never pay over $30k for a 2010 model, you can get a new model lower than that, google, american express car buying program and you will see that you are paying more for a older model than what someone can get a new one for by just bringing that print out in...pay no more than $30k really, a 2010 should be priced under $29k but these damn dealers think there holding onto gold with these cars..dont buy into any of the japan disaster bs or any tricks

just went and checked for you on the AECB program American Express | New Car Pricing not sure if the link shows up, but if so there it is and the price of the exact car you mentioned black, AT sports coupe is listed at $32,885 and thats without arguing a thing, many members have got a 11 at $30K I hate seeing dealers rip people off and hope you find one at a better price, dont be in a hurry unless you dont care what you pay and welcome and goodluck!

Welcome! If you're okay with it, then MAKE IT HAPPEN!

Personally, I would try to bring it down little bit more. I'd say maybe around 30k. If not then I think i'll still take the car

i got the same year/model and i believe we paid something like 32k. and that was in september....so you should be able to bring it down a couple notches.

too high, offer 31500 and see where it takes you.

bug them about it being a 2010, being a boring AT :ugh2: :icon17: jk ;), and it's got 130 miles on the odo. it's a demo car. say all the negatives about the car yet you'll be willing to take her home if they can meet somewhere mid.

Welcome. :driving:

Welcome... IMO Price is too high.

I bought a brand new 2010 370Z model/options you are looking except I have a MT
for 3K less with only a handful of test miles on it.

Either way Good luck with your new Z.

like others have said, its a little high

ProfessorDave 05-09-2011 03:08 PM

If it is the car you want, that counts for something. Although I think it is just a tad high. See if you can get an Internet offer from another dealer to use as leverage.

professordave- do you recommend 'doctoring' the numbers a little before printing out the quote? ;)
