Wow that sucks bad. Bet you wish you didnt get that rep point for not using a hand gun now.

Honestly its let it go. IF i am correct this lady will let human nature take over and let you get screwed even if its her fault becuase her insurance is probably telling her legaly nothing you can do.

Let it go and pray for karma.

Without writing too long of a post, insurance companies are a plague on the US, and I would do anything to get them to pay.

If it happened to me I would call up the woman and nicely ask her to split the cost. You say it's not a matter of money for you but more a matter of not backing down. For me I don't care if its 100$ or 10000$,
I would still have someone pitch in if I knew it wasn't my fault. obviously you weren't at fault, why let the insurance company walk?
I advise you call the woman and tell her everything and see what her reaction is.

Got a match

Id burn down the nearest bully establishment (IE Lib Mut) go home and drink a beer and feel pleased, suprised, shocked at the same time while I saw the flames on the 6 oclock news.
Then maybe call Ms. Not Hot, but cute up on the phone and see what her take is on the whole thing.

I can't believe she didn't offer to pay you herself without her ins getting into it. She must not worry about her insurance rates.

Agreed.

On that note, I'd call her and advise her of the situation, and ask if she'd at least help you handle this off the record - see if she'll go halves or something at the very least. If not, then go balls to the wall and sue her if you have the time to go to court over it, and think you can win.

:rofl2:You could just find her address take a baseball bat and practice your swinging skills on her tail lights.

...Im really just joking. Only do that if your psychotic...which you dont seem to be.
