What can be adjusted.?

Hi friend,i understand all service centre,got an hand held tester,that plug into the O.B.D. port,does anybody know,what item can be adjusted/install into it.?I used to drive a 2000 Rover75[made by BMW],there are alot of functions that can able & disable thru it hand held tester/computer.

Hummm no idea but I think things like DRL's are adjusted through that for various markets.
