Edmund's horrible top 10 lists strike again. They make the worst lists

Pretty silly statement here. You must be a buy and hold investor.

It means you can get a base V6 or base 5.0 for under $30k.

Much like you could get a base 2009 or 2010 370Z for under $30k. It would have made the list last year and the year before. Bet the list wouldn't have been stupid to you then!

beast.

ProfessorDave 04-18-2011 09:57 AM

Pretty eclectic list. I did not expect to see a Mazda 6 and a Kia on the same list as a Mustang. I mean two Mustangs!

I think the 2009 Mazdaspeed would have made the list. A tick or two faster than the new model.

Yes its fast and it costs at least 33k; in Edmunds imaginary world of options for that truck you can get a the supercharged special edition version with the V8 for 26K (the cost of the base with the 4.0). In reality you have to get the 4x4 version with the double cab to get the 5.7l V8 which costs a lot more with a 0-60 time of 6.9sec.

Edmunds lists are BS, their reviews are good but their lists and articles are often in fantasy land.
