nah..i bought some slightly used kw v3's which were tracked a few times. i suspect they were driven pretty hard those times it was tracked so they cracked the bump stop. regardless im just trying to get them on now!

hey chops.

I know the kw v3s dont come with the top hats and is required to use oem top hats, do i need a spring compressor to install the front coilovers?

I paid a shop to install mine but I do not recall the need for a compressor, when I perused the instructions, but they came with a couple of wrenches.
