Just curious, where is 180 customs located? Are they painting them while the lights are still on the car or are they going to remove them?

Well there is a wish list and next mods you want to do. My wish list is a GTM TT Kit and aftermarket clutch and flywheel. But thats not happening for a million years, so my next mod is going to be an oil cooler. I have the money but I'm waiting because I wanna do it when I do an oil change.

We're located in Brooklyn, NY. Everything is carefully removed off the car, and painted inside a paint booth with automotive equipment. Turn around time is over night, if theres any tiny specs of dust which is rarely the case, they would need to be wetsanded, buffed out and repolished, usually done on following day since the day the parts were originally removed.

Result is this mirror like finish

Available in Light, Medium, and Dark finish. No rattle cans, no nightshades, no film overlays.

It's $160 for taillights, and $50 for 3rd brake light. To uninstall and reinstall is $25 more.

Well, I still have to install the FI exhaust and high flow cats...I've had them since September! I also have KW V3's and Hotchkis sways left to install. but the big mod coming up soon is a new set of wheels...Forged specialties, don't want to spoil the surprise! :driving:

Wow, those lights look amazing. If I was in NY when I wanted to get mines done, I would have definitely gotten it from 180 custom. It's too late now though. Good luck Econ, post pics when you get it done

so much to do so little money...

You should probably install and drive on the springs for a while... they are supposed to be damn good!

I just ordered some Swift Springs and 15 x 20 spacers. I would have gone 20 x 25 but I plan on up grading my meat once the tires are shot. Can't wait until April when those springs are supposed to arrive.

I've been told by the wife that I'm not allowed to mod this car for the first 6 months. Not sure if I can wait that long...

My Spring Project List
Swift springs
H&R 15mm spacers for the front wheels
Red calipers from Mike

Tell her to get in the kitchen and make you a sandwich while you're installing your exhaust.

Smart financial decision....

Didn't you create another thread about how you couldn't afford to keep your Z? Maybe you should pay it off before dumping 5k into it......:ugh2:

If I DO keep it, that means it will be paid off. So than I will have money for parts and deposit on a house. But like I said..." IF!"

Ahh ok cool, glad to hear it. I would just hate to see a repeat of (zeraphian?) where he had that gorgeous 350z, totally modded and then had it repo'd because he couldn't keep up with payments.

It was painful seeing pics in his thread with the car stripped bare with no front bumper or spoiler waiting to be taken away.

Here is reason number one to stay single. :D

Actually, she is letting you mod after 6 months so thats ok. Just know that once you start, there is no stopping.

As for my next mod.... GTM stage II SC.

BTW, good to see another Indianapolis area Z on here.
