Whitewall tires???
 
Saw this on my way home today. I hope these were "winter tires" but still...At least turn whitewalls IN!!!

you know, you may be right. I could have sworn it was whitewalls but looking at teh reflection of the "whitewalls" in the pic I have to say I may have been wrong. It def looked weird on the highway.

They were pretty much factory standard on a lot of old style cars. I think even on into the late 90s a few Buick models still came with white-wall tires since they were marketed to 65+ year olds, but I don't think any cars come with them anymore.

As a creature of the '50's, I grew up with white walls on every one of my folks' luxury cars and I like the look on the right car---but not for my Z. Maybe narrow ones on the Maxima.
