Traction control

Im a new owner of a 2010 370z. Traded in a heavily modded 2006 Dodge Charger daytona edition R/T.

Can you remove traction control on 2010 370z's? It there a button for it?

BTW love the 370z!!!! Cool car for the money!

The VDC button controls traction control. You can turn it on and off. Be careful punching it around corners with VDC off! :driving:

The VDC button on the left beside the steering wheel is probably what you are looking for. Someone, correct me if Im wrong but it doesnt truely turn off all the aspects of TC.

Congrats on the new car.

That is good to know. I will check it out.

Any other hidden goodies I should know about? I bought a 2010 40th Edition.

You are correct. When the weather was freezing, my tires would spin very easily. Even with VDC off, traction control would occasionally kick in.

I wish I has traction issue at a 100mph if you know what I mean.

Hey guys, I'm wondering if you prefer to turn off VDC or if you just leave it on...

Haha, same. I felt tarded after that. Of course I guess not many people look forward to looking through the owners manual like me.

technically the 370z doesn't have traction control. VDC just prevents wheel slip by killing the throttle.
