Keep that up and it will be you who's doing the walking if she has any smarts about her.

Wives should just put up with jerky until the driver gets used to the shift. Why do people/wives (not all) feel it so necessary to winge? It is not as if the have to go hunt and gather.

I have noticed the manual is just a really loud transmission. It's not broken though and speeds me along with a big smile on my face. That's what matters!

Yeah, I have the same deal with 1st to 2nd gear and now...
At 3200 miles, when the car is on and the clutch is out, there is this "faint" grind noise. When the clutch is engaged, there is no noise. I found another thread on clutch noises, but wasn't lead to believe it was what I am experiencing. Anyone else got this?

went to the dealer and they told me that the automatic transmission noise (clunck) is normal. I still do not feel good about it, but could it be the limited slip kicking in, since the clunck sometimes happens when the car is already enaged and slightly moving?

my car just hit 16,000 miles and it just started to do it.. I mean I thought it was something to do with me installing my coilovers but I guess its a natural thing after the car hits a certain amount of miles? It just started doing it last night.. I put the coilovers on weeks ago so.. not sure if its because of that? I have not aligned my car yet.. maybe that will fix it?

Whew, I thought it was from running the sh*t out of it!
