Planning to Buy an Used Fully Loaded Sports Package 370Z
What all should I consider while buying an used 370z fully loaded (Auto transmission)
What would be the max price at which I can get one? |
Welcome and...Try this for info
Honestly, there are so many variables you just have to take a look at the current market. |
Yeah man... how many miles, what year is it, etc.
|
consider buying a MT instead of Auto would be the first thing.
Second would be to find the best deal, I've seen many 09's with sport package go for 26-27k with under 20k miles. |
26-27k for base + sports? That's only like 3-4K more than I paid for mine brand new.

I doubt if there is a limit - I think there is a twin turbo for sale, that should be fully loaded and pricey.
Mine was fully loaded with factory options, only thing missing was Nismo brake pads, and it was about $32k with new tires and fresh oil. Plus they gave me about $3k above their first offer on my trade and a 7/70 Nissan warranty. I'd check oil change history, make sure it isn't burning too much between changes, see if hatch opens on first button push, listen for ECU whine. Otherwise it doesn't have much that has gone wrong. But I do recommend trying to get them to throw in an extended warranty - it is a very complicated, relatively new model car. |
I have an 09 all options except for navigation auto. Had just under 10k miles and almost perfect. Got the Chevy dealer down to 26,800. The financing paperwork showed 25,800 and I didn't complain. I have had many fun cars over the years both auto and MT. I love this car with auto. It also has down shift Rev match. I don't miss the MT at all. Very happy with my Z.

i believe i can give you a good insight, since i bought what you're interested in just last month, except with stick shift (which i highly recommend over auto). you're not buying a honda here.
2010 pearl white. touring, sports package, navi, 2800 miles. paint and body flawless, no rock chips (which i've added about 8-10 since then, sigh) the first owner added a K&N dual short ram intake, borla full catback exhaust, short throw shifter, tasteful CF film in multiple places in the interior, ecu reflash, and mild tints. $32,900 considering it's practically new with the very low mileage and he paid over $40k with the mods, i'd say i got a good deal. luckily he was only 2.5hours away |

Here is one piece of advice I hope you never forget.. get the best price you can and tell them YOU'LL THINK ABOUT IT..then walk out.. if they let you go at that point then you know you hit their bottom.. of course, realize that every dealer has a different bottom but the worst words a salesman can hear, next to NO.. are those because they know that if you walk then they lost you. At that point they must decide.. either lose the sale or give the best possible price.. I was in sales many years and used that technique to save $1000 when I bought mine.. Let us know how you do..
