All weather floor mats

When I bought my 40th anniversary 370Z I was looking for a good set of floor mats. At that time, WeatherTech didn't offer any trays. I looked today and noticed this:

WeatherTech Automotive Accessories - FloorLiner? DigitalFit ® - 2010 Nissan 370Z - WeatherTech FloorLiner - car floor mats liner, floor tray protects and lines the floor of truck and SUV carpeting from mud, snow, water and dirt

Does anyone have these? If so, opinion of fitment? Any pictures of them in use?

I bought a set last week, they're amazing, fit perfectly an look damn good.

CoolZ 02-08-2011 09:39 PM

I ordered a set this morning.

Filth 02-10-2011 01:45 PM

I ordered as well - backorder however so it will take longer than 14 days to arrive (so they say). Regardless great product that is required

Thanks for posting

I got mine a few weeks ago. They're really nice and well worth the $100.

AJ PwR 02-10-2011 02:02 PM

Ready to place the order :)

I have a set and love them. Also have a set on my Jetta. They also have a decal inset that works great for that custom logo you may want to insert...

Sizzle 02-16-2011 01:16 AM

I ordered mine last week and can't wait. This winter has taken a toll on my shiny new interior :(

gordanlu 02-16-2011 09:34 AM

Did u guys take out factory mats? I was just curious. I had to take out driver side in other car to fit properly. It was part fitment...part safety. Passenger side was ok...just left it underneath.

It will be greatly appreciated if someone can post pic. I wanted to see the overall look in the Z. Ty

I just realized there were pictures. Sorry. TY

I will be taking my factory mats out. This will keep them pristine and the Weathertech mats will fit better I'm sure.

Agreed - by the way Sizzle, notice you're in Ontario as well, did you get the back order story as well? Just curious...

CoolZ 02-16-2011 04:28 PM

Got mine today, took ten days. Fit incredibly perfect, not sure I'll put the originals back in after the winter!

Definitely a quality product from a quality company. Well worth the $100.

Sure did, funny how they're already on back order after only being available for such a short time.

Maybe someone in the front office figured that no one drives our cars in the winter so they only made 10 sets :)

It's been almost two weeks now so I'm hoping for a call anyday now...maybe.

Sizzle 02-17-2011 03:29 AM

...and found this while looking at the 370z mats (again) on Weathertech's site just now (even though it would seem to be common sense anyway):

"Please take your old floor mats out before installing your new WeatherTech floor mats."

There ya go, right from the manufacturer. :D

Filth 02-17-2011 07:20 AM

Haha go figure! I remember asking for all weather mats from the dealer and they gave me a "are you seriously driving this in the winter" look - all good though cause they threw in real rims and winter tires lol

gbrettin 02-17-2011 09:38 AM

I ordered my WeatherTech Mats last Friday and got them in Wednesday. They were approx 119 dollars shipped to my house. I wasn't exactly thrilled paying that much for two floor mats but they fit absolutely perfect.

I went to a Nissan dealership while I was over in Detroit one day late last summer and the same thing happened to me...the parts guy looked at me like I had three heads and said the mats didn't exist because no one drives these cars in the winter. Wow.

Filth 02-18-2011 09:26 PM

Whoo-hoo, mats will be in my car this coming Tuesday! Just got notification via ups

Sizzle 02-24-2011 05:01 PM

Picked mine up today, they are really sweet and fit like gloves.

Now I'm gonna look into a custom emblem for the insert...

I found some NISMO emblem on ebay that should fit. Waiting for delivery.

Got my logos. Not sure how they are going to look. Little bit smaller than the Weathertech logo. Will try to center them up.

I'm really interested on how they turn out torpedo2k.

Not a huge fan, looks like bubble wrap in the photo. But to each their own.

Here is the final result. I spent a couple of weeks searching ebay and google but it was the closest I could find. I like it but if I ever find a larger logo I would probably swap them. The mats are great. This is my second set. Fitment is perfect.

Funny!

However, the first link is to an online store that doesn't ship to the states, and the second two aren't being very helpful. The only comparable ones I can find online to the poster's are an inch smaller...

axmea? 02-11-2016 08:17 AM

Pick up the metal ones. They look better and have no gaps.
