no but not everyone can afford a TT set-up, so making a whole thread just to complain about the wait is kinda childish.

No they don't sell them to certain customers. I agree with NYJon that he should have just PM'ed Sam. And I believe NYJon was saying that it was childish to start a thread about it and possibly deter people from GTM, rather then sending him a PM saying something like, "Hey Sam, whats the status of my kit." Not "because he has money."

I was referring to the fact that he's fortunate to have ordered a kit. I plan on doing the same, just not at this moment. Not after purchasing a 2011 Z06...

How are you liking the Z06? What trim-level did you get, and did you go Z07?

Sorry to de-rail the thread, but I think SOMETHING good should come of what I view as an unwarranted attack on GTM (I just disagree that OP "should just be happy to be getting a TT kit". No...GTM should be happy to sell one. They don't do it as a zero-profit organization. This DOESN'T mean they should be treated like this, though, at all.)

Yes I got the Z07 with carbon fiber package, 2LZ(added nav though). Hasn't arrived yet, hopefully next week.

It just would have been a little more professional to send him a message privately rather than publicly start a thread where all of our members can see... A TT kit probably takes some time to build and/or ship.

I understand waiting sucks for sure. Just need to know whether you bought the kit directly though us or through one of our dealers. We do have several kit in the works right now .
