help with ipod/iphone intergration
 

ok everyone I just got my Z yesterday. I've been trying to connect my ipod/iphone but I haven't been able to control my playlists from NAV touchscreen. Do I need some special cables, all I have is the USB cable and it works, I just can't browse through any of my playlists on the.

Do I need more than a USB or am I just not finding the right screen on the NAV?

ok after lots of hours of research I found the answer in the manual. I did not know that pressing the DISC-AUX button multiple times will cycle from IPOD, Bluetooth, DVD, etc.. so thats how I got it to work.

I got an 09 with ipod connectivity(fully loaded with Nav) and I see this weird connection I've never seen before located in the armrest next to the power outlet. It's odd, like someone pulled out the connector or something, I was expecting USB?
