Glad to hear you got away with one. I also find it's best to be cool and nice as you were when they do pull you over... most of the time your guilty anyway no sense
being a jerk about it.

you would think, come to Houston. Not a day goes by I dont see a cop under the freeway where you do a U turn checking everyone. The bad part is that he could make them move over infront of his car but no he keeps them there and holds **** up for an hour.

most are. I work at a vw dealership and a cop came in to test drive a gti I helped him out and he didnt buy yet. So the same guy sees me driving pulls a u turn in the middle of the road knows who I am and gives me a ticket for no front plate and tinted windows. What an ***, well needless to say hes not buying a vw from the dealership because ill just ask him to leave when he comes in. not to meantion his personal car has tints and such. Nice to see cops think they are above the law.

:iagree:

The way I look at it, they're just doing their job. I'm usually guilty when pulled over, so I just remain polite and cooperative. It's not going to help my situation if I get defensive or argumentative, or if I use poor manners, so I don't.

Not in Virginia. They do, however, color code the little stickers that go on the license plate that represent passing of the state emissions test. The safety inspection sticker month is always the same color.....but they do reverse the year color each year. Example:

We need more cops like that around here! Nice story though, haha.

Lucky, good stuff!... I got lucky with my girl a few months ago too and was let free (he made me take the breathalyzer too).. I was doing 85 on a 55. But the roads were clear etc. and we were just crusing back after a concert, not intentionally going crazy or anything.

In other local news, I did have tickets before in the Z. . . which I got a lawyer for et. al.
