:D
+1 Rep, you
Gotta make sure the important things are taken care of before laying out the $40k  |
It sure is easier to get 2 in there than the 350, the rear strut was a b1tch for carrying thing semi-large.
|
how many bodies do you think will fit? (grown males)....:ughdance:

Picture is bogus. Anyone have a picture of even one set of clubs without cover on bags
|
Figure if they can get 2 bags in, I agree that the covers look suspiciously "empty", but fdrom what I see I can lay my bag towards the hatch and then lay driver and 3 wood at a diagonal like bag 2 in the back of the trunk
|
LOL Heck guys just take your clubs down to a dealer and do a test fit.:icon17:
|
I managed to get a set back there diagonally. There is no way I could get 2 in the trunk.

My set fit in the back of the car but i have to take out the driver and put it behind the strutural brace. It would be very hard to get 2 set in this car.
The 350 holds 2 sets with no problems. |

My set fits just fine and its uncovered too.

Could fit two if you fold them right. :ugh2: |
I can fit my full set of clubs w/ bag, balls, towels, etc.. just fine in the back of my 370Z. I have to angle it with the bottom of the bag in the bottom right corner of the trunk and the tops of the clubs in front of the bump on the left, behind the silver bar. I'll snap a pic and upload it when i get home, if I remember.
I still had plenty of room for a backpack, a change of close and a 6-pack of beer. |
i use a stand bag and it fits fine..i just take out my driver and lay it on top...a cart bag and cart would probably be pushing it..no pun intended..haha.
|
My cart bag fits only if I take out my woods and hybrid. and lay them up near the rear brace. You better believe I vacuum that hatch area after the round!

i throw my clubs in there all the time, it fits, just like how the photo shows (diagonally or straight across). I typically have the rain cover over them to avoid the clubs from knocking around. i have the bottom of the back up against the crossbar to avoid having the club heads knocking against the crossbar (lesson learned).
|
i bombed a 320yd drive yesterday..."pats myself on the back"..haha
|
My husband just tried his this weekend. He had to place them diagonally but they fit. We were only going on an overnight trip to the coast so with the golf clubs, a duffel bag, and a 12 pack of beer the hatch was pretty full. I don't think it would hold 2 suitcases and a golf bag at all. We'll be taking the Titan for those trips.

Oh, nevermind. |
My carry bag just fits in my Roadster. When I went on my buddy trip to Myrtle Beach in March, I had to take out all of the pseudo spare tire foam inserts so I could get my duffel bag in there too. I don't think you can get two golf bags in the Roadster. I need to post some pics, so I will take them as soon as it stops raining here.
I did take my carry bag into the dealership before I placed my order. It was back in October 2009 and it was the first Roadster in a showroom in my area. The sales guys didn't think it would fit and were begging me not to try. (Thought it would kill the sale.) Well is slid right in like it belonged there. There is a diagram on the trunk lid showing how to insert the bag. |
