Better bring a big stick to that fight. Stock that car runs low 12's in the mid teens.

About 1/2 a second faster than an 370Z with a stillen SC...or full-bolt-ons, lol.

No Z51 for 2010.

I rode in a non-Z51 C6 and it rides like a cloud. WAY smoother/softer than my G20.

:wtf2:you bought an automatic vette steve? shame on you buddy, shame on you.

congrats! in addition to the power, your fuel mileage will improve too!

If you want to get powdercoated calipers, let me know, thats my Corvettes are my core business. I'm 'corvette pilot' on the corvette forum.

I know but its got sport mode and all and had to go with what was left of the 2010s and got a good deal. They wanted it off their lot. My las two cars before this wer autos too so Im used to it and the wifey can drive it too. Sometimes. If Im in the car too. Maybe.

After the holidays its an exhaust for sound improvement and the cam and tune like import said and this thing will be a beast. And a SC a year or so down the road.

Congrats! Very nice ride! In my opinion they fixed everything with the C6 that I didn't like on the C5. I also thing the C6 Z06 is probably one of the best bang for the buck sports cars out there.

Yeah, I was looking at Z51s against the 370Z when I was in the market. They are very nice.

Dude Corvettes get 30-35 mpg on the highway thanks to their tall gearing.

They don't do that bad around town, either.

Yeah, I probably understand highway driving if you keep it within the speed limit.

But around town in stop and go traffic is a different story, that would be if you are going to baby that V8.

Yeah, but that is if you are going to baby a V8 especially around town in stop and go traffic.

The LSx motors are pretty efficient. You can really get around town without ever jumping about 2k rpm and get pretty decent mileage.
