Tinted the windows, swapped out the front Nissan badge, installed the Ipod gateway, little stuff.

 And I know where! They do great work, btw!

My first modification was installing LED parking light bulbs a week or so after I got the car fresh off the lot. A week and a half later, I drove to Stillen and grabbed a set of sway bars. A couple days later, I drove to the 370zstore and got my Berk HFCs. 2 weeks later, I had my powdercoated Stillen G3 intakes on the car (took 2 weeks due to powdercoating).

After all that, I seem to average a new part/mod every couple weeks haha. Will I stop? Probably not, it is a disease for which there is no cure.

I bought my white Sport/Touring from Danny at Fontana Nissan two days ago.

I'm getting my Invidia Gemini catback installed by Amplified... well, as soon as Lou sends me an email telling when to come in. Tomorrow, next week, as soon as he can.

Windows tinted next week.

After that I'm going to enjoy the car in mostly-stock form for awhile.

bought the car in January. First was exhaust then intake and then wheels. Ten months later on fourth set of wheels and going with second body kit. It is addicting? you tell me.

With my black Z, I purchased the S-Tune wing, S-Tune exhaust, and got windows tinted within 2 weeks of owning it. Within the year I got the FI exhaust, HFCs, and got the headlights done.
With my Blue Z, I had everything swapped over within a week, and got some carbon fiber goodies and window tint :)

I'd like to say prior to taking delivery because I was on this forum for a couple of months before picking up my Z and I had already decided on the rear fog light and Fast Intentions exhaust... both of which I ordered four days after getting the car.
I got it tinted within 72 hours.

after a few months. Just ordered the ARK exhaust. If I had money I would buy more things for my Z. Next mod will be suspension.

Does tint count? I did it about 3 week after I got the car. Than 6 months after, intake and then the rest.

Just waiting a bit now til I get a set of wheel/tire, coilover and oil cooler and than I'm done....

Hopefully santa is on this forum...I can sure go for those parts now.

i modded immediately after i lost my virginity.. Realized some things were meant to be changed and that no matter how great the creator or designer was, improves could still be made :).... yea i went to far lol

first mod was stickers  a week later HKS hi-power exhaust, the next week shift knob and LED lights after a month test pipes and springs now waiting for my new wheels and seat railings :tiphat:

800 miles on the clock and I've already put on an exhaust.

TypeOne 11-27-2010 07:15 PM

4th day of having it and I lowered it, then added a front lip.

Z_you_Later 11-27-2010 09:53 PM

I don't remember exactly when but got my Windows tinted first within the first two months ... then all the lighting : White LED's inside n out, custom white Z kickplates, GT-R Start button, then some other small stuff.... and now i just got my Injen Catback True Dual Exhaust n Swift Springs and need to get Nismo rear bumper .. hope to have everything installed after Christmas : )

Snakes709 11-28-2010 07:09 AM

Ordered oil cooler about 6-8 weeks after purchase. If it were not for short block replacement, I would be further along with exhaust and more.
