ATF fluid change?

Has anyone changed the fluid in a 7AT yet? I read that you must fill from the drain(s) with some speical tool.

I am researching for a future purchase, and don't want to wind up paying the dealer everytime I want to change the fluid. I am aware it's a "lifetime" fluid but I still believe it must be changed.

It's a sealed Transmission No Maint.

Consult the Nissan Service Manual / Transaxle & Transmission / TM-280 starting with pages 280-284 referenced as ON-VEHICLE MAINTENANCE: A/T FLUID: Changing.

It is possible to do it yourself? But for the times it's needing service? It may just be easier to have the dealer do it? The required maint is minimal if any? I see your just wanting peace of mind which is perfectly fine.
