Not a single model looks anything like the Z, now a Porsche, maybe. They have similar body styles, but I know as soon as you get up on the car you should be able to tell it's not a Porsche. And like LuckyJinx said, Nissan Emblem, 370Z Emblem on it??? Dead give away?! (unless you de-badge your car, of course)

Anywho, my Dad's old 1979 Volkswagen Bus was similar, only 13 year old girls and 60+ year old elderly gave him looks or thumbs up....well and hippies too. :tiphat:

Same! I think* its because its a sexy *** car, and they know we know its a sexy *** car, so they try to ignore to not feed into it. I kinda do the same at the bar when hot *** chick that knows shes hot walks in and expects all the stares. I purposefully ignore her...then I creep up from behind, and ask her what her intrests are, who She be with! Things to make her smile what numbers to dial...lol

What I'm feeling is the average person is just like "Oh wow..that is sexy" but is completely clueless when it comes to naming cars.

The most common question I get asked is "How fast have you driven it?" I find it to be such a boring question.

Most people assume it is a V8 too.
