BEST resonated test pipes?

Best resonated test pipes: CNT, GTM, or Fast Intentions?

I have Stillen CBE and Gen III intakes and Berk HFCs, if I replace with resonated test pipes will my rasp be eliminated?

Other than being louder, will the sound be higher-pitched or lower-pitched?

Thanks

Im having the same issues. I have the exact same setup as you and have a rasp that comes on between 4k and 5500 rpm. Its annoying. I was thinking of having the section of the exhaust that goes to 1 pipe cut out and weld in a resonated x-pipe. I've heard that will eliminate the rasp. Magnaflow resonated xpipe is 100 bucks +/- then all you need is some straight peices and a shop that can fab it all up and make it look decent.

someone said try to use exhaust heat wrap the HFC's and see what happens...

To minimize likelihood of a CEL, probably GTM -- they have the extended defouler bung.

Can somebody confirm or deny the theory of wrapping the HFC's with exhaust wrap to help eliminate rasp before i tear into this 50 dollar package of exhaust wrap i just bought?

Some people say it eliminates 90%... others say its horse sh*t...

The vendor "nissangeneration" says rasp will be greater than what I have now even if I buy resonated test pipes...is this true?

Anyone know about using a resonated X-pipe as described above?

I'm not going for a quieter exhaust, I'm going for the same or louder sound with a lot less rasp...

Thanks

I love all the sounds a car makes. No rasp, rasp, loud, and the rumble. Doesn't matter to me. It's all wonderful.

Can't wait to hear my soon to be setup. My exhaust is back ordered for a couple weeks.
