I need advice .. It seems dealer wanted to take off my parts

hi!!! members,
i just brought my 370z '10 couple of weeks ago. the first day that i picked up my car, i did check interior and exterior roughly. Everythings seem to be fine juat like other brand new car with 45 miles (dealer pick up at other dealership).
i took my car back to my dealer to swift tires and rims. Its took almost 4.5 hours to do (thats so insane). i had own 350z and it did not took this long.
since then my car started to acting wired unbalance, heart wind sound from the outside than usual especially from the rear. side skirt gotten loose, i looked underneath most of them seem like someone had taken them off (from my experience about car, most of the time new car/parts that came from factory such as bolts shouldn't be or just a bit of scratch). from bolts that i saw (didn't lay a finger on parts/bolts at all), seem like some body untied them coz they are marks on bolts.

any one who can help or may share some opinions would be appreciate. its just frustrated.

thank you guys.

Check the pinch welds and surrounding surfaces on both sides of the car to see if you can see marks made by a lift. I wonder if the car was lifted improperly, which resulted in damage to your side skirts.

I read you're post and mostly understand, but not to much see what you say coz you not say to much what you mean, so hard to share some opinion coz I no know what to say bout question that you ask, so it mostly just frustrate.

Hey man, welcome to THE370Z. I still don't know what you did with the tires (Shift?? do you mean swap??) but here's my "rough" translation so that members can give you some advice help.

Then recently I took my car back to the dealer to _____ (Change/rotate/swap) rims and tires (??). It took my dealer almost 4.5 hours to do the job (Which I thought was longer than usual). I had similar work done to my (previous car) 350Z and it didn't took this long. Since I picked the car up from the dealer, my car seems a little unbalanced. I have been hearing wind noises from the rear area. My sideskirts also seem to be loose as if someone has tried to take them off my car. I looked at the bolts that were securing my side skirts and they seem to have scratches from wrench/screwdriver.

If you think that the dealer tried to take stuff off your car (or at least attempted), I would def go to the General Manager and complain. I'd take him outside and show him. If you have spent $35,000 at the dealer, you have the right to tell 'em your problem. HOWEVER, it's very unlikely. Unless, one of the guys who work at the shop has the EXACT color Z as yours and his side skirts are scratched up (as he is trying to swap yours for his). Where are the wind noise coming from? I would def take it to the dealer WITHOUT WAITING TOO LONG. The longer you wait, the least likely they will listen to you. Just my :twocents:

I second that they probably didn't raise the lift points on the lift arms high enough. Then when they went to lift the car, the arms were contacting the side skirts and deformed them.

^^ sorry
forgot to mention on some details;
Tires; YOKO advance 19/9.5"front 19/10.5" rear
rims; Volks te37 time attack
Bolts; bumper to bumper plus side skirt most likely loose
Front bumper; Energy absorber front bumper felt down, but the bumper still holding it.
-dash; under dash where sterling wheel located some parts missing place i assumed, since its gotten loose.
-Noise; within the car is too noise from exhaust, wind noise, and sometime when turn off the engine i heart "adddd...." before the engine shut off.

i did point those and couples more places that i was suspect of lost or damages to dealer, but the anwwer was "thats how factory make"....
however, thats doesn't make sense to me. especially its came from factory.
if anyone who can help or suggestion would be really appreciate. To whom that live in or around Seattle area would like to give me a hand thats will b welcome. Thanks U so much..^^ sorry to make ur guys confuse.

Try Younker Nissan in Renton. Those guys have been good to me. You may want to bring a translator to help you communicate.
