Reminds me how my dealership charged me $169 for wheel locks that never installed in the first place. They put me through all kinds of ********, especially the salesman who never returned my phone calls. Anyways, Nissan HQ took care of it within half a business day and a check for $169 arrived a few days later since I was out of state by then.

 $169 for wheel locks!!...in my deal I got dealership to throw them in for free. When it came time to pick-up the car, no wheel locks installed. Asked manager about my wheel locks, he gives me the bs that "now that service dept. is closed he can't get them for me, you'll have to come back another time"...so I say to him, if I take this car off the lot & someome steals my wheels, will you take responsibility for my lost wheels?...before I know it, sales rep hands me a new package of wheel locks:icon17:

My poor chin spoiler. It has been ground down slowly but surely. I scrape on one turn daily, although a little less each day. I can barely hear it any more. It now looks like a frayed rope on the lower edge.
I am sure that any noticeable advantage it gives me will never be realized off track.

I went to Keyes Nissan in Woodland Hills. No one knew that my aero package was supposed to come with the front spoiler. The sales manager was clueless, the parts guy did not even bother looking at the computer to see what parts the aero package would contain.

After 15 minutes, the id10t service manager told me that "that is how the car came from the factory and that I should call Nissan.". I will be calling Nissan tomorrow to report these people. GRRRRR!

Your dealer is not to smart.........you shoulda told him to bring out a '10 370 brochure, it clearly states under exterior Front Chin aero deflector comes with sport package.......

are you lowered? I like the fact that its there because is like a little clearance warning, and its not really damaging the car .

Mine is exactly the same. I hate my steep driveway.

Yup, that's what mine looks like... the curb angles in SoCal suck, too.

Stock.

Re: I like the fact that its there because is like a little clearance warning. I can see that but it makes me cringe every time.

Yeh I didn't get my spoiler either I'm 500 miles away from my dealer. I made a few calls to the dealer with no answer (If I said I wanted another car they would fall all over themselves to talk to me). I also called Nissan HQ who just connected me to a local dealer who first didn't know what part I was talking about and then when I looked up the part number for them they wanted $300. The dealersite I looked it up on wanted $150. Needless to say I just dropped it and I won't ever return to either of those dealers for anything. The 500 mile away dealer is in my home town and have multiple brands and would have been a likely place to buy another car not anymore.
