Am I missing something (in the hatch?). Pic.
1 Attachment(s)
I was taking out the cargo cover and decided to peek at the sub and tire. I noticed something appeared to be missing from a cutout. I glanced though my manual, but didn't find anything. Can anyone tell me if there is something that is supposed to be there or if they too just have a blank cutout.
BTW, I have a touring, sport pack car, in case it's package specific. |

Take it back to the dealer and demand one. |

I guess we'll have to wait for someone who actually owns one of these sweet cars to post with an answer for ya. |

It's the weird bizarre tool

Ok...once you remove the carpet mat (if you have one), the thin mat that should be in all 370s and then the "hard" plastic cover; you should be looking at the top of your spare tire.
To the right is the towhook and to the right is the jack and tire iron...they are both "silver" in color and if they aren't there it should be obvious. :) |

Perhaps it's a weight-saving gimmick! :) |

Here is the correct answer appearing in another thread:
This has been discussed before. The empty slots are for pliers and a screwdriver equipped in other regions (similar to how the US doesn't have a functional fog light). Nothing to worry about, you've got the same thing as the rest of us. |

I believe there are regulations in some of these countries (like the Middle East) for these tools. So just to be clear nothing was left out for the U.S. customer. Thanks for asking this question. It gave me a good reason to find out about this. |
I don't even want to look at the spare tire section after what I found when I removed the front license plale bracket.
